Follett is seeking Seasonal Retail Sales Associates to join our campus bookstore team. In this high-energy, customer-focused role, you will help students, faculty and visitors with purchases and information while keeping store operations running smoothly.

Assignments typically last a few days up to 90 days, with flexible scheduling including weekends and varied shifts (opening, mid-day, closings). Join a fast-paced environment and support events that celebrate campus life.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Able to lift 25–50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Retail, customer service, or clerical experience preferred.
• Comfortable with basic computers and math.
• Available to work weekends as needed.

About The Role:
