Follett is hiring Seasonal Retail Sales Associates to join our campus bookstore team. You’ll interact with students, faculty, and visitors while delivering outstanding customer service and keeping the store running smoothly.

Assignments run from a few days up to 90 days with flexible scheduling, including weekends and varied shifts. You’ll operate the cash register, stock and price merchandise, fulfill online orders, and support store events.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Able to lift 25–50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Comfortable with basic computers and math.
• Able to prioritize tasks and stay organized.
• Retail, customer service, or clerical experience preferred.

Responsabilités

About The Role:

We’re looking for Seasonal Retail Sales Associates to join our campus bookstore team! This is a limited-time, high-energy role where you’ll interact with students, faculty, and visitors—delivering outstanding customer service while keeping the store running smoothly.

Assignments typically last a few days up to 90 days, depending on store needs. Flexible scheduling, including occasional weekends and varied shifts (openings, mid-day, or closings), is required.
