Job summary

Nordic Ware is hiring seasonal team members to join our factory store from now through January. You will greet customers, assist with product selection, process transactions with our POS system, and help maintain a welcoming, well-stocked store environment.

Flexible scheduling including Saturdays is available to fit your plans. We value accurate product knowledge, friendly service, and dependable attendance.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience or strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers and coworkers.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including Saturdays.
• Basic computer skills required; familiarity with register systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

We are seeking enthusiastic seasonal team members to join our Nordic Ware factory store from now through January! Responsibilities include assisting customers, restocking products, and maintaining a welcoming store environment. Flexible scheduling available.

What you will get to do:

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products, answering questions, and offering product recommendations
• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system, handling cash, credit, and electronic payments
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves, arranging displays, and ensuring products are properly labeled and priced
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, promotions, and company policies to provide accurate information to customers
• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor, adhering to the store's dress code and customer service standards

What you'll bring to the role:

• Basic computer skills are required, and basic register skills are preferred
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills with a friendly and approachable attitude
• Excellent attendance and timeliness are required
• Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional Saturdays
• Experience in cooking and baking is preferred
• A willingness to learn about products, details, and functions
