Job summary

Nothing Bundt Cakes Red Mill is seeking a seasonal team member to help us bring joy to the community during a high-volume holiday season. You’ll assist with event staffing, guest service, and backstage production, with training provided.

Weekend and holiday availability is required, and there may be opportunities for part-time or full-time roles after the holidays. You’ll join a friendly team, help deliver memorable celebrations, and enjoy cake discounts while supporting our seasonal operations

Qualifications

• Reliability and flexibility to handle fast-paced and slow days.
• Strong customer service mindset and ability to engage guests.
• Willingness to work events, deliveries, and front-of-house tasks.
• Must be 18+ with a clean background check and driving record.
• Able to work weekends and holidays as required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with events, vendor activities, and deliveries.
• Provide excellent guest care and support marketing efforts.
• Assist baking, frosting, and seasonal production as needed.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness during busy periods.
• Support team to ensure celebrations feel special for guests.

At Nothing Bundt Cakes Red Mill, we are an event and holiday based business. This Fall and Winter, we celebrate our 2nd holiday season and have events galore! We're looking for a seasonal team member to help us bring joy to the community during this high-volume time.

We’re open to the right candidate’s strengths - If you love meeting people, smiling, and making genuine connections, you might be a great fit for vendor events, deliveries, taking care of guests, and marketing. If you’re passionate about creating and enjoy behind the scenes, you may shine at helping us bake, frost, and craft for the season. Either way, you’ll be part of the team that makes celebrations feel special.

This position is seasonal until 12/24/26, with a possibility for PT/FT after the holidays.

Weekend/Holiday availability is required due to the nature of this position (we are closed major holidays).
