GameStop Corp. is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to support the store team during peak sales periods with a strong emphasis on sales, customer service, and maintaining a clean, organized store environment.

You will assist guests with video game needs, stock merchandise, and help drive holiday sales initiatives. The ideal candidate is 18+, may hold a high school diploma, and has prior retail or guest service experience.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail sales or guest service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with video gaming needs; recommend items and thank guests after purchases.
• Support store environment and sales initiatives during the holiday season.
• Keep store areas, including restrooms, clean, organized, and merchandised per guidelines.
• Stock and restock merchandise; ensure products are well-presented and alphabetized on the selling floor.
• Help meet and exceed sales, profit, and shrinkage reduction goals.
• Address guest questions promptly and escalate issues to a store keyholder as needed.
• Support inventory control and loss prevention; be aware of scams and safety practices.
• Adhere to company policies on attendance, confidentiality, conflict of interest, and ethics.
