Job summary

MINISO USA is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to provide exceptional customer service, maintain store presentation, and support daily sales during peak seasons.

You will greet customers, answer questions, process payments with the POS, restock shelves, and assist with visual merchandising while upholding store policies and a positive, professional attitude. This role requires a High School diploma and retail experience is preferred. Availability for weekends and holidays may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Retail sales experience is preferred.
• Ability to engage with customers in a friendly, helpful, and professional manner.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and deliver a friendly, engaging shopping experience.
• Answer product questions, provide suggestions, and assist customers in locating merchandise.
• Process customer inquiries, returns, and exchanges according to store policy.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor.
• Replenish inventory, restock shelves, and ensure product availability.
• Support execution of visual merchandising guidelines to reflect brand standards.
• Operate the cash register accurately and efficiently; handle cash and payments.
• Promote and enroll customers in the MINISO Membership Program.
• Follow all store policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
