Job summary

Kohl's is seeking a customer-focused Associate to deliver excellent service at the point of sale and in customer service processes. You will help customers, operate the cash register, and ensure quick, friendly transactions while maintaining Kohl’s brand standards.

The role requires flexible availability across days, nights, weekends, and holidays, with opportunities to contribute to inventory accuracy and training new team members.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills and ability to multi-task with strong attention to detail.
• Verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills.
• No retail experience required.
• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Flexible availability, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with products and services; operate register and handle payments.
• Adhere to point of sale and customer service standards.
• Meet or exceed individual goals (e.g., credit, loyalty).
• Support inventory accuracy and merchandise disposition practices.
• Assist in training new hires on service processes and POS procedures.
• Participate in daily service processes (register, cash balancing, replenishment).
