Job summary

Kohl's is hiring for a customer service-oriented associate in our Texas store. You will greet customers, operate the cash register, scan items, bag merchandise, and process payments.

You will strive to deliver fast, friendly service and uphold Kohl's brand standards while supporting inventory accuracy and daily service processes. You may also assist with training new team members and achieving individual goals related to loyalty and credit programs.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills and ability to multi-task
• Verbal and written communication with customers
• No retail experience required
• Must be 16 years of age or older
• Flexible availability including days, nights, weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with products and services; operate cash register, scan items, bag merchandise, and handle payments
• Deliver accurate POS and customer service by company standards to provide courteous, fast service
• Aim to meet or exceed individual goals (e.g., credit, loyalty)
• Help maintain inventory accuracy and proper merchandise disposition
• Assist in training new hires on service procedures and tools
• Participate in daily service processes such as register balancing and replenishment
