Pendleton Woolen Mills seeks a Seasonal Retail Sales Associate for our Eagan, MN store. This role is 15-20 hours per week from September through December, offering an engaging customer-service experience and exposure to our heritage brand.

You will provide friendly, helpful service, learn product details, support merchandising, and handle POS transactions while contributing to a welcoming store environment. The position emphasizes teamwork and adaptability during the busy seasonal period.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail or customer service experience.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for people
• Positive, team-first attitude with a willingness to learn
• Tech-comfortable: able to navigate POS systems and store tools
• Flexible schedule, including availability for weekends, holidays, and evenings
• Comfortable with the physical demands of the role (standing/walking, lifting up to 40 lbs, occasional ladder use)
