Duluth Trading Company is seeking a Seasonal Retail Associate to deliver a down-to-earth, customer-first experience during our busiest seasons. You’ll greet customers, share knowledge of durable workwear and outdoor gear, assist with fitting and styling, and use solution-focused selling.

You’ll operate the POS, handle cash and returns, restock and organize floors, set displays, and help keep the store clean and safe as part of a collaborative team that values hard work and authenticity.
