Job summary

Duluth Trading Company is seeking a Seasonal Retail Associate to help deliver a down-to-earth, customer-first experience during peak seasons. You’ll greet customers, share knowledge about durable workwear and outdoor gear, and assist with fitting and styling.

You will operate the POS, handle cash and returns, restock and organize the sales floor, and contribute to creating attractive displays while maintaining cleanliness and safety.
