Job summary

Duluth Trading Company is seeking a Seasonal Retail Associate to deliver a down-to-earth, customer-first experience during peak seasons. You will greet shoppers, share knowledge of durable workwear and outdoor gear, and assist with fitting and styling to help customers find the right solutions.

In this role, you will operate the POS, process cash and returns, restock and organize the sales floor, set visual displays, and keep the store clean and safe.
