Job summary

Duluth Trading Company is seeking a Seasonal Retail Store Associate to deliver WOW! customer service and support store operations. You will build product knowledge, greet customers, assist with fitting rooms and checkout, and help maintain a welcoming, well-stocked store environment.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, strong communication, teamwork, and an ownership mindset. Availability for a seasonal schedule and working in a fast-paced retail setting is expected.

Qualifications

• Retail experience is preferred but not necessary.

Responsibilities

• Develop brand familiarity and product knowledge to provide friendly, solution-oriented service.
• Layer personalized service from greeting to checkout and fitting room.
• Communicate sales and promotions effectively.
• Assist in receiving, processing and replenishing merchandise.
• Maintain merchandising, presentation and cleanliness standards on the sales floor and stockroom.
• Process register transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as directed by management.
