Responsibilities include greeting customers, understanding needs, explaining product features, and upselling when appropriate. Flexible schedule, strong teamwork, and adherence to dress code are required.

Formación

• Experience in specialty retail is preferred but not required.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to multitask while assisting customers and adapting to business needs.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Stand for long periods; comfortable on the sales floor.
• Professional appearance per company dress code.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. safely.

• Greet customers warmly and with enthusiasm.
• Understand customer needs by asking open-ended questions.
• Explain product features and benefits with in-depth knowledge.
• Suggest additional items to build onto sales using effective selling techniques.
• Thank customers and invite return visits.
• Be a TPS brand ambassador and maintain a positive work environment.
• Maintain merchandising standards and keep the store clean and orderly.
• Capture customer information accurately at the POS.
• Process promotions correctly at checkout.
• Participate in training and development as required.
