Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service and build friendly rapport through the T.R.E.A.T. model.
• Operate a cash register, handle transactions, and assist customers with inquiries, locations, and purchases.
• Promote company-wide initiatives like donations, loyalty programs, and offers.
• Maintain displays, restock areas, and ensure merchandising standards are met.
• Unload deliveries and prepare merchandise for the sales floor.
• Safely set up and move fixtures as needed.
• Collaborate with store leadership to achieve goals and suggest improvements.
• Understand and implement safety protocols throughout the store.
• Keep the environment neat, organized, and safe through cleaning tasks.
