Job summary

Ulta Beauty, Inc. is seeking a Seasonal Task Associate to support store operations, ensure merchandise is stocked, and maintain overall store cleanliness. The role supports the Merchandising Manager and Operations Manager, focusing on performance metrics, processes, and guest experience. Flexibility is required for early mornings, weekends, and holidays.

The position pays $16.94–$24.00 per hour, with full-time and part-time benefits described in the posting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent.
• Proficient with basic technology (POS and Apple devices).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to problem solve.

Responsibilities

• Maintain fixtures stocked and store cleanliness.
• Support MM and OM with performance metrics, procedures and compliance.
• Follow policies, dress code, and complete assigned tasks.
• Complete merchandise resets, planograms, displays and inventory procedures.
• Drive operational excellence by keeping area replenished and testers available.
• Protect assets and provide exceptional guest service.
• Execute other operational tasks as directed.
