Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Seasonal Task Associate to support store operations, merchandising, and guest service. Responsibilities include maintaining stock, completing resets, inventory counts, and ensuring compliance with policies and standards.

The role requires flexibility to work early mornings, days, evenings, weekends, overnights, and holidays, with a pay range of $16.00–$24.00 per hour. Benefits include health, dental, vision, life, disability insurance and PTO.

Qualifications

• Proficient with basic technology (e.g., Point of Sale system and Apple devices).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to problem solve.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding the store’s retail goals by ensuring all tasks are executed as planned and product is available for purchase.
• Meet compliance and execution goals related to task dashboard and ensure the timely completion of all operational processes, including shipment and replenishment, merchandise sets, and inventory counts and procedures.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
• Contribute to an inclusive environment that supports teammates and guests.
• Regularly participate in ongoing training, including brand and category education.
• Be knowledgeable of and ensure compliance with Ulta Beauty’s policies, procedures, and standards.
• Adhere to Ulta Beauty’s dress code and use company technology and best practices.
• Complete merchandise resets, planograms, displays, inventory procedures, and processing shipment.
• Drive operational excellence by keeping work area replenished, signed, and faced, and ensuring testers are available.
• Maintain store cleanliness across all areas and protect company assets.
