Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Seasonal Task Associate to support merchandise, cleanliness, and replenishment and to help deliver an exceptional guest experience. You will assist the Merchandise Manager and Operations Manager, driving performance and ensuring compliance with store procedures.

The role requires attention to detail and the ability to follow processes, with a flexible schedule including early mornings, weekends, and holidays. Pay ranges $16.00–$24.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.
• Proficient with basic technology including POS systems and Apple devices.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding the store’s retail goals by ensuring tasks are executed and product is available.
• Meet compliance and execution goals related to task dashboard and ensure timely completion of operational processes including shipment and replenishment.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
• Protect company assets by following loss prevention best practices and providing guest service.
