Job summary

Hallmark Cards, Inc. is hiring a part-time merchandiser to work in various retail stores, stocking and organizing Hallmark products. You’ll engage customers, use a mobile device for inventory management, and adapt to seasonal schedules including weekends during holidays.

The role requires 18+ years old, English literacy, and physical ability to lift up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally. Training is provided, with voluntary benefits available for part-time staff.

Qualifications

• You’re at least 18 years of age.
• You’re able to read, write and understand English.
• You have the ability to grasp, pull, lift, and carry products up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally.
• Able to operate a digital hand-held device to open and read documents and interpret information.
• You have access to a Wi‑Fi network and the internet.
• You have access to consistent transportation to travel to and between assigned stores as scheduled.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day engagement: restock, organize, and monitor the inventory of Hallmark products within and outside the Hallmark department using a mobile device.
• Holiday support: seasonal demand with additional days and extended hours, including potential weekend work.
• Department resets: assist with installations, relocation of fixtures, and remodeling tasks with advance notice.
• One Team Vision: support other merchandisers across territories as needed.
