Job summary

Hallmark Cards, Inc. is seeking a part-time Merchandiser to work independently in retail stores, restocking, organizing, and monitoring Hallmark products while building retailer relationships and ensuring appealing displays.

You will support seasonal resets, installations, and inventory tasks, with flexible 5–10 hour weeks and weekend availability around holidays; prior experience in retail merchandising is helpful.

Qualifications

• You're at least 18 years of age.
• Able to read, write and understand English.
• Able to grasp, pull, lift, and carry products up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally.
• Able to operate a digital hand‑held device to open and read documents and interpret information.
• Have access to a Wi‑Fi network and the internet.
• Have access to consistent transportation to travel to and between assigned stores as scheduled.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day engagement: restock, organize, and monitor Hallmark products within and outside the Hallmark department using a mobile device.
• Holiday support: extended hours and days around major holidays, including some actual holidays and weekends.
• Department Resets: participate in installations, relocations, and resets; remodel assignments notified two weeks in advance.
• One Team Vision: support other merchandisers across territories as needed.
