Job summary

Hallmark is seeking a Merchandiser to work in various retail stores, restocking and organizing Hallmark products, and ensuring optimal displays with handheld devices. You will engage with store teams and handle inventory while supporting seasonal resets and installations.

This part-time role offers a variable schedule (8–10 hours weekly), paid training, and voluntary benefits. Availability around major holidays may be required, including weekends.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older and able to read, write, and understand English.
• Able to lift 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally.
• Operate a digital handheld device to read documents and info.
• Have access to a Wi‑Fi network and the internet.
• Access to consistent transportation to travel to stores as scheduled.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day engagement: restock, organize, and monitor Hallmark products using a handheld device; maintain displays and communicate with supervisors.
• Holiday support: work additional days/extended hours around major holidays; may include weekends.
• Department resets: assist with installations, fixture setup, and reorganization of card sections; two weeks' notice for remodels.
• One Team Vision: collaborate with fellow merchandisers to support in other territories when needed.
