Job summary

Newell Brands' Yankee Candle is seeking a Seasonal 2nd Assistant Manager for the St. Petersburg store. You will support the Store Manager in leading a high-performing team, delivering an exceptional guest experience, driving sales, and maintaining store standards.

The role requires prior retail management experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to work weekends and holidays in a fragrance-filled environment. This seasonal position reports to the Store Manager.

Qualifications

• High School completion or GED.
• Experience in retail management (2 years preferred).
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient in retail software and Microsoft Office.
