Responsibilities

• Open and Close the Store: perform opening/closing procedures, secure the store, manage keys and alarms, handle cash and safety checks.
• Support Sales and Customer Experience: assist in achieving sales/KPI goals, provide personalized service, share product knowledge.
• Maintain Operational and Visual Standards: support cash management, merchandising, inventory control, loss prevention, and standards.
• Contribute to a Positive Team Environment: communicate effectively, collaborate with team and leadership, adapt to needs.
