Cherry Hill Programs, Inc. is seeking a Seasonal Holiday Retail Assistant Manager at Cumberland Mall (GA). You will work with the Local Manager to lead a small seasonal team, drive sales, and ensure magical guest experiences during the holiday season.

This part-time role requires strong communication, flexible scheduling, and the ability to lift up to 25 pounds. You’ll help with hiring, training, scheduling, and daily operations to create memorable Santa visits and quality photo experiences for

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Strong communication, organization and time management.
• Experience with cash handling and sales transactions.
• Ability to lead a team and make decisions.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Available to work minimum 20 hours per week.
• Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 25 pounds and stand long periods.
• Retail leadership or related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support Local Manager with hiring, inventory, scheduling, training, and opening/closing procedures.
• Open and close store operations and daily tasks.
• Capture photos and guide guests in selecting keepsakes.
• Resolve guest concerns to ensure a positive experience.
• Lead by example and reinforce company procedures.
• Assist with inventory management and administrative tasks.
