Job summary

Cherry Hill Programs at Deptford Mall is seeking a Seasonal Holiday Retail Assistant Manager to lead the team and deliver magical guest experiences during the busy holiday season. You’ll support daily photo operations, motivate staff, drive sales and service excellence, and help ensure a memorable Santa visit with outstanding guest service from start to finish.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Strong communication, organization, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Must be comfortable in a cash handling/sales position.
• Ability to lead a team, work independently, and make sound decisions.
• Availability for pre-season training and flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations alongside Local Manager to deliver guest experiences.
• Support opening-day preparations: hiring, inventory, scheduling, training.
• Capture photos and help guests select souvenirs (photography not required).
• Resolve customer concerns and sustain positive guest experiences.
• Troubleshoot issues and escalate to IT or Local Management as needed.
• Assist Local Manager with scheduling, training, recruiting, and admin tasks.
