Job summary

evo is seeking a Seasonal Retail Lead in Seattle to guide frontline staff, maintain inventory accuracy, and ensure outstanding customer experiences. You will lead and coach team members, uphold visual merchandising standards, and drive sales during the peak season with weekend and holiday shifts.

The role requires weekend availability and flexibility for Black Friday and Christmas period, with shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Previous retail experience is preferred.
• Proficiency with listed retail systems (NetSuite, evoPOS, BRM, HighJump).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Store Supervisor to influence productivity, customer experience, and sales goals.
• Uphold evo's visual merchandising standards to create an appealing shopping environment.
• Provide on-the-spot coaching to staff on performance and customer service.
• Lead by example, meet and exceed goals set by retail leadership.
• Execute store sales/promotions, markdowns, transfers, shipments, and merchandising projects.
• Assist with opening/closing responsibilities, register management, and nightly walkthroughs.
• Maintain welcoming demeanor and strong customer service standards.
• Check in with staff, manage lunch schedules, and ensure floor coverage.
• Provide feedback on product assortment to Supervisor/Manager.
• Lead store operations including receiving, processing, and restocking inventory.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

The Job

Retail Leads play a pivotal role in evo's retail operations by leading and maintaining operational excellence including but not limited to, store inventory management, ship to store pick-up operations and ship from store, and providing guidance and support to frontline employees. They are responsible for leading and developing retail team members, maintaining a positive customer experience, achieving sales goals, and upholding evo's visual merchandising standards.

Pay: $23.00/hr - $25.75/hr

Duration: Mid October - Mid February (with the possibility to extend)

Scheduling Requirements:

• This is a seasonal position with weekend and holiday scheduling requirements.
• Weekend availability is required, as well as the ability to work during peak holiday periods including Black Friday (the day after US Thanksgiving) and the weeks leading up to and following Christmas.
• Shifts may include mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

The Opportunity

Requirements

The base wage for this role ranges from $23.00/hr to $25.75/hr. Where you land in that range depends on your skills and experience, and we also factor in internal pay equity.
