Lilly Pulitzer is seeking a Seasonal Brand Strategy Brand Associate to support daily store operations in the Lilly Pulitzer retail store. The role involves sales, customer service, and safeguarding store assets in line with brand guidelines.

A four year college degree is preferred, but not required. Prior experience in a retail store is required. This position is part-time hourly with overtime eligibility and a pay range stated below.

Responsabilidades

• Understand the overall concept of Lilly Pulitzer, including the lifestyle, the customer, the merchandise and the heritage
• Present and sell merchandise consistent with the brand
• Greet each customer and provide the sales assistance appropriate to sell merchandise to the customer
• Know the merchandise on the floor and suggest merchandise to customers as appropriate
• Provide suggestions to management for merchandising which may improve sales
