Responsibilities

• Develop brand and product knowledge to provide solution-oriented, friendly service to customers.
• Layer personalized service from greeting to checkout.
• Communicate sales and promotions effectively.
• Capture emails as part of sales and service and execute to standard.
• Provide positive resolutions to customer concerns.
• Answer phone with courtesy and provide store directions and take orders.
• Assist in receiving, processing and replenishing merchandise.
• Maintain merchandising and store presentation; keep the floor customer ready.
• Ensure cleanliness of floor, stockroom, restrooms, cash wrap, and hospitality area.
• Process register transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as directed by management.
