Responsibilities

• Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers and maintaining store standards.
• Model established customer experience practices with customers and teammates.
• Accurately ring purchases/returns and assist customers with loyalty programs and purchases.
• Maintain merchandising standards and prepare merchandise for the sales floor.
• Participate in store recovery, safety, and loss-prevention programs as needed.
