Job summary

Responsibilities

• Receive and process products, unload shipments, and fulfill omni-channel orders.
• Replenish the sales floor based on sell-through and seasonal changes.
• Greet customers and assist with products and services.
• Maintain product protection standards.
• Assist in training of new hires on Kohl's standards and procedures.
• Foster teamwork with integrity in an inclusive culture.
• Use good judgment and involve partners as needed.
• Anticipate customer needs and resolve issues.
• Support POS and customer service to ensure fast service.
• Strive to meet or exceed productivity and loyalty goals.
• Manage multiple tasks within assigned timeframes.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
• Receive direction from supervisors and other personnel.
