Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a store associate at our Lynchburg HomeGoods location. You will deliver outstanding customer service, engage with customers, and maintain a clean, organized store environment to support sales and loss prevention standards.

You will contribute to a positive store culture, handle transactions, promote loyalty programs, and assist with merchandising and safety initiatives. Experience in retail is preferred and a flexible schedule is expected.
