Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. is hiring at HomeGoods to deliver an outstanding customer experience on the sales floor. You will interact with customers and embody company standards while maintaining a clean, organized store environment in a fast-paced retail setting.

You should be capable of handling multiple tasks, engaging with customers, promoting loyalty programs, and supporting loss prevention and safety initiatives. This role requires a flexible schedule and teamwork across departments.

Responsibilities

• Role models established customer experience practices with internal and external customers.
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs.
• Maintains and upholds merchandising philosophy and follows procedures.
• Processes merchandise for the sales floor per company standards.
• Supports store recovery and maintains cleanliness of the sales floor.
• Ensures labor laws, policies, and safety procedures are followed.
• Other duties as assigned.
