Job summary

Rothy’s seeks a Seasonal Retail Ambassador in Roseville, CA to engage with customers on the sales floor, embodying our brand values and delivering personalized experiences. You will help customers find products, share the story behind our sustainable designs, and contribute to a welcoming store culture.

Primary focus is sales while assisting with light operational tasks to keep the store organized and inviting. Flexible hours and a team-driven environment are offered.

Qualifications

• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build genuine customer connections.
• A passion for service and the drive to achieve personal and team sales goals.
• Availability to work at least 16 hours/week on Peak Days (Fri–Sun + Holidays) or 2 Peak Days + 2 Non-Peak Days.

• Deliver the Rothy’s Experience to every customer with best-in-class service.
• Drive personal sales and contribute to team goals.
• Create lasting relationships with customers through clienteling.
• Support store operations including stock replenishment and merchandising.
