This seasonal, non-exempt role involves assisting guests, operating POS software, and supporting inventory and display maintenance during events and tournaments.

Responsibilities

• Answer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
• Proper use of point-of-sale software.
• All opening and/or closing duties.
• Ability to perform and document merchandise inventory.
• Maintain organized displays and desk area.
• Perform basic mathematical computations.
• Communicate with the public in a tactful, polite, and friendly manner.
• Additional tasks assigned by management.
