Job summary

Elizabethtown Sports Park is seeking an Operations Lead to manage guest experience and event support in Elizabethtown, KY. This seasonal, non-exempt role reports to the Event Coordinator and drives daily operations, safety, and staff oversight during game and non-sporting events.

The position requires flexible hours, strong communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while delivering excellent guest service and coordinating setup, breakdown, and facility safety

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate procedures for events and programs.
• Liaise between venue, guests, and event directors.
• Provide superior customer service during events.
• Clean and organize public areas for guests.
• Set up and breakdown of equipment, sound, lighting, fields, parking and signage.
• Supervise staff in absence of management.
• Assist concessions, merchandise, gate and registration when needed.
• Enforce safety guidelines and conduct inspections.
