The role may involve cross-training in multiple store areas to support business needs and to uphold operational standards. You will model exceptional customer service, promote loyalty programs, handle transactions accurately, and contribute to safety, loss prevention, and merchandising standards across TJX

• Supports store recovery and cleanliness throughout the day
• Adheres to labor laws and store policies
• Participates in shrink reduction goals and safety programs
• Performs other duties as assigned
