• Models established customer experience practices with customers and colleagues
• Rings customer purchases/returns and counts change back according to procedures
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs
• Maintains merchandising standards and processes merchandise for the floor
• Participates in store recovery and maintains cleanliness and safety
• Adheres to labor laws, policies, and store shrink reduction goals
• Supports other duties as assigned
