Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills and ability to multi-task with strong attention to detail.

• No retail experience required.
• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Flexible availability, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, assist with products and services, operate a cash register, scan items, bag merchandise and handle payments.
• Execute POS and customer service standards quickly and courteously.
• Meet or exceed individual goals (e.g., credit, loyalty).
• Support inventory accuracy through proper POS and merchandise disposition practices.
• Assist in training new hires on service processes and Kohl’s standards.
