Job summary

At Home Group Inc. is seeking a Seasonal Team Member to support store operations during peak periods. You will assist with merchandising, freight, front-end duties, and customer service across multiple store areas to maintain a well-stocked, clean environment and deliver a customer-focused shopping experience.

This seasonal/temporary position offers flexible scheduling and a path to apply for regular part-time or full-time roles as opportunities arise.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and select holidays.
• Strong verbal, written, and comprehension skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established standards and processes.
• Demonstrates integrity, reliability, and ethical behavior in all interactions with customers, team members, and leadership.
• Adaptable and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates a positive attitude, works with urgency, and follows policies.

• Performs cashier and front-end duties, ensuring transactions are accurate and efficient.
• Processes freight; stocks, and replenishes merchandise in designated areas.
• Performs housekeeping and recovery tasks inside and outside the building.
• Completes assigned tasks and workload within established timeframes.
• Supports safety and loss prevention initiatives to help store operate effectively.
• Performs other duties as assigned based on business needs.
