Job summary

At Home Group Inc. is seeking a Seasonal Team Member to support store operations during peak periods, assisting with merchandising, freight, front-end operations, and customer service. The role spans sales floor, front end, stockroom, and receiving areas to maintain a well-stocked, customer-focused environment.

This seasonal/temporary position is designed to provide staffing during peak times. It offers a part-time seasonal schedule with potential to apply for regular roles as opportunities

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and select holidays.
• Strong verbal, written, and comprehension skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established standards.
• Demonstrates integrity, reliability, and ethical behavior.
• Adaptable and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Processes freight, stocks and replenishes merchandise per guidelines.

• Supports inventory accuracy, shrink reduction, safety, and loss prevention.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
