Job summary

At Home Group Inc. is seeking a Seasonal Team Member to support store operations during peak periods across merchandising, freight, front-end, and customer service.

The role encompasses sales floor, stockroom, and receiving areas to maintain a well-stocked, organized store and deliver a customer-focused shopping experience. This seasonal/temporary position provides staffing during peak times and does not guarantee ongoing employment.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in retail or customer-facing roles preferred.
• Able to stand and walk for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and select holidays.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to follow store procedures.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates a positive attitude and urgency in completing tasks.

• Performs cashier and front-end duties accurately.
