Job summary

Guitar Center is seeking a Seasonal Support in Maryland to assist customers, drive sales on services, and maintain store presentation. You will learn product knowledge through on-the-job training and GC certification.

The role requires flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays, with the opportunity to engage with musicians and non-musicians alike in a dynamic retail environment. Prior customer service experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Reach sales targets on services.
• Demonstrate product and service knowledge to customers.
• Assist customers and guide them through the sales process.
• Continual learning through onboarding, certification, and education processes.
• Assist with tasks to keep the store ready to conduct business and service customers.
• Monitor inventory levels and replenish displays as needed.
• Build relationships with customers for future service needs.
• Additional duties as assigned.
