Job summary

Guitar Center, located in Towson, MD, is seeking Seasonal Support to act as the store face, greet customers, qualify needs, and match them to the right products. You will pitch, overcome objections, and close sales while supporting store readiness and inventory upkeep.

Ideal candidates show strong customer service, initiative, and communication skills, with knowledge of musical instruments preferred. This is a seasonal in-store role with night/weekend/holiday requirements and employee discount

• High attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Reach sales targets on services
• Demonstrate product and service knowledge to customers
• Assist customers and guide them through the sales process
• Continual learning through the onboarding, certification, and continuing education process
• Assisting with the execution of all tasks to ensure the store is ready to conduct business and service customers
• Keep an eye on inventory levels and replenish displays as needed
• Clienteling/build relationships with customers to fulfill future service needs
• Additional duties as assigned
