Responsibilities

• Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all customers and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
• Role models established customer experience practices with internal and external customers.
• Support and embody a positive store culture through honesty and respect.
• Accurately ring customer purchases/returns and count change back according to procedures.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs.
• Maintain merchandising philosophy and follow procedures and standards.
• Prepare merchandise for the sales floor following company procedures and standards.
• Initiate and participate in store recovery as needed.
• Maintain store cleanliness and recovery standards and assist in overall store maintenance.
• Provide and accept recognition and constructive feedback.
• Adhere to labor laws, policies, and procedures.
• Support shrink reduction goals and programs.
• Participate in safety awareness and maintain a safe environment.
• Other duties as assigned.
