Job summary

At Home Group Inc. in Mount Juliet, TN, is seeking a Seasonal Team Member to support store operations during peak periods. You will assist with merchandising, freight, front-end duties, and customer service to keep the store clean, well-stocked, and inviting for shoppers.

This part-time seasonal role offers exposure to multiple areas of the store and opportunities to transition to a regular role. Prior retail experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Supports store operations across merchandising, freight, front-end, and customer service.
• Performs cashier and front-end duties, ensuring accurate transactions and a positive experience.
• Processes freight, stocks, and replenishes merchandise per guidelines.
• Maintains store cleanliness and housekeeping both inside and outside the building.
• Assists with inventory accuracy, safety, and loss prevention initiatives.
• Completes assigned tasks within established timeframes.
• Works collaboratively with team members and leadership to achieve store goals.
• Performs other duties as assigned based on business needs.
