Lilly Pulitzer is seeking a seasonal Sales Associate for our Lilly Pulitzer Retail Location to support clientele and store operations. The role centers on delivering exceptional service, sharing product knowledge, and upholding the brand experience.

You will engage with clients, maintain visual standards, and contribute to sales through personalized outreach and active listening. This is a part-time, hourly, non-exempt position with potential nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Retail or client service experience in fashion or retail.
• Stand and move around the store during shifts.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Lift up to 20 pounds.
• Effectively communicate with clients, colleagues, and management.
• XStore and Tulip knowledge a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist clientele and support operational and sales needs.
• Understand brand concept, lifestyle, merchandise and heritage.
• Provide exceptional service using product knowledge and listening.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients.
• Maintain Lilly Pulitzer’s visual and operational standards.
