The Michaels Companies Inc. is hiring a Seasonal Team Member in Fairfield, CA. This part-time role involves helping customers, processing quick and friendly checkouts, and ensuring stock and merchandise standards are met throughout the store.

You will assist with truck unloading, shelving, and planograms while promoting the Rewards program and private label cards. The job requires standing for long periods and routine involvement in safety and SOP adherence.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to handle cash and operate at a register.
• Willingness to participate in store processes like BOPIS and SFS.
• Comfort with stocking, merchandising, and general store recovery.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly customer service and assist shoppers in finding products.
• Provide fast checkout experience and execute cash handling to standards.
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, planograms, and store recovery.
• Engage customers on rewards, private label cards, and VOC survey.
• Support Omni channel processes and AD sets, as assigned.
• Follow SOPs, safety programs, and company policies.
