Job summary

Stratton Mountain Resort is seeking a Retail Associate to deliver outstanding customer service while assisting guests with merchandise selection and purchases. Seasonal full-time and part-time roles are available, with compensation at $20.00 per hour.

This position supports a busy retail environment across Stratton’s portfolio and involves a mix of in-store service, transactions, and training participation.

Qualifications

• Must be 16+ years of age.
• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong computer literacy.
• Self-motivated with strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the customer in finding the right product for their needs and desires.
• Accurately and efficiently completing customer transactions.
• Accurate cash handling and computer procedures.
• Merchandising the store as directed by manager, supervisor or lead.
• Answer the telephone according to Stratton's telephone standard.
• Follow daily opening & closing procedures for your location.
• Participate in all retail/rental & corporate training programs.
• Know the product and services offered in your location as well as other Retail/Rental locations and the Resort as a whole.
• Continually exceed our guests' expectations and create memories for both guests & employees.
