Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and assist with product styles, features, and benefits.
• Resolve customer issues proactively and balance customers in a busy store.
• Assist with omnichannel needs to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Execute and complete point of sale transactions.
• Perform floor replenishment and prepare shipments as needed.
• Explain current promotions and the loyalty program to customers.
• Maintain a safe, clean store and minimize losses.
