Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

• Able to work weekends, holidays and evenings as needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and deliver a friendly, engaging shopping experience.
• Answer product questions, provide suggestions, and help customers locate merchandise.
• Process inquiries, returns and exchanges according to store policy.
• Maintain a clean, organized and visually appealing sales floor.
• Restock shelves and ensure product availability.
• Promote and enroll customers in the MINISO Membership Program.
• Handle cash, credit and other payment transactions accurately using POS.
• Support visual merchandising per brand standards and store policies.
• Participate in additional tasks and maintain professional, respectful conduct.
